If you or the gift recipient are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone at 1-888-812-6626 or e-mail us at help@littlewondercompany.com so that we may fix the problem as soon as possible. Our goal is to leave you as a happy and satisfied customer.
What if I am not happy with how the character turns out in the book?
Please check and re-check the summary of your character on the character creator page prior to completing your order. If you are unhappy with the character, please use the edit function to make any necessary changes. Once you submit your order, your information is then put directly into the your personalized book. If the information we receive is incorrect, we will have to go back to square one and ask you to resubmit new information to create a new personalized book.
What if the child's name is longer than the maximum number of letters allowed in the book?
You may use up to 20 characters to spell out the child's name as it will appear throughout your personalized book. We need to limit the number of characters so that the words of each book fit properly on each page. Exceeding the number of characters allowed would compromise the look of your personalized book. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality and most professional looking personalized children's book possible. We suggest using a shorter nickname for the child if the child's full name exceeds our limit. However, if that is not a viable solution for you, please e-mail us at help@littlewondercompany.com or call us at 1-888-812-6626.
What if I don't know enough about how the child looks to make the right character choices?
You might want to consider purchasing a gift certificate from our products page that you can give as the gift. Then the child and his or her parents can come to our web site and create their own character!
Do you offer gift wrap?
We do not offer gift wrap at this point in time but hope to be able to do so in the future. If you think this is important, shoot us an e-mail to let us know.
What if I need a gift sooner than the promised delivery date?
We know that sometimes you just need your item faster than the standard 2 weeks it takes to create, print and ship your personalized book. Therefore we have several options you may want to consider: a gift certificate, a gift announcement or expedited shipping. Details on each of these are below.
Gift Certificates
A gift certificate for a copy of either Little Girl Wonder or Little Boy Lightning may be purchased for the full price of either the hard cover or soft cover book and shipping and tax. The gift certificate will be delivered directly to your e-mail address within 48 hours after purchase and can be forwarded along to the recipient or printed out in color and given as a hard copy. This gift certificate will contain a promotional code and directions for redeeming the code on our web site for the full price of one personalized children's book from Little Wonder Company. If you cannot wait 48 hours for the gift certificate to arrive, you do have the option of e-mailing or printing a gift announcement from our web site that will let the recipient know that a gift certificate has been purchased for them. Gift Announcements
A gift announcement may be printed from our web site by pressing the Gift Announcement button on our products page. The gift announcement lets the gift recipient know that a copy of a storybook by Little Wonder Company has been ordered for him or her and will be arriving soon. The gift announcement is particularly useful to that customer who needs something more immediately. The Gift Announcement allows the customer to give something to the gift recipient without having to wait for the custom made book to arrive. Shipping
How long does it take to receive the personalized children's book once it has been ordered?
Your book will be processed and printed within 5 business days. Once completed, the shipping time is dependant on what you choose for shipping service:

Standard Shipping/USPS (domestic deliveries): Including the processing time and 3-5 days shipping, your book(s) will arrive in 10-15 business days.

Expedited Shipping/Fed Ex 2nd Day Air (domestic deliveries): Including processing time and 2 day shipping, your book(s) will arrive in 5-7 days

Canadian Deliveries: Your item(s) will usually be processed and shipped within 5 business days and shipped via First Class International Mail.

International Deliveries: Your item(s) will usually be processed and shipped within 5 business days and shipped via First Class International Mail.

Gift Certificate: We will e-mail you the Gift Certificate approximately 1 day after placing the order. You may also call 1-888-812-6626 and request that the gift certificate be mailed to the recipient, in which case it will arrive approximately 1 week after the order date.
How much does shipping cost?

Because we partner with Amazon to handle all of our payment processing, the Little Wonder Company website does not see, use or store credit card information. When will the charge appear on my credit card?
We charge your credit card upon receiving your order. Because each book is custom made, it is likely that you will see a charge to your credit card before receiving the book.

Will the information I provide for personalization purposes ever be used for anything other than the personalization process?
Little Wonder Company is serious about our customers' privacy and security. We will not sell, give or trade the information you provide to us to personalize the book. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of personalizing the custom storybook you order. If you have given us your e-mail address, we may send you timely promotional offers. However, we will not sell, give or trade your e-mail address without your prior written consent. To opt out, please e-mail us at help@littlewondercompany.com . We do store your purchasing history however in order to improve our product offerings and to customize your shopping experience.
